No really, that’s his change. These people are in Zimbabwe where inflation has reached a farcical 89.7 sextillion per cent. In fact, Zimbabwe is the first country in the 21st century to achieve hyperinflation.
So what does this mean exactly?
It means that one billion dollars in Zimbabwe can get you 3 eggs. No, seriously. And we thought we were experiencing a recession.
